The ME-3000 insulator ash density tester is a complete set of measurement devices developed by our company based on the needs of anti pollution flashover work in China's power grid, in conjunction with the new standards for power grid pollution level classification. This device complies with the requirements of GB/T 16434-2004 "Selection and sizing of high-voltage insulators under polluted conditions - Part 1: Definitions, information and general principles" (replacing GB/T 16434-1996, GB/T 5582-1993, JB/T 5895-1991) and State Grid Corporation of China Q/GDW 152-2006 "Standard for environmental pollution classification and external insulation selection of high-voltage overhead lines and substations".
The ME-3000 insulator ash density tester is a complete measuring device. It includes components such as precision electronic balance, air drying oven, vacuum filter, and measurement accessories. The entire device is easy to operate and measures accurately.
